7 Summits does not rush the preconstruction process, since this is most important phase for project success. During precon, we work closely with the design team to provide a project that is comprehensively budgeted, and built and vetted on paper, before a shovel hits the ground. We collaborate with you and the architect to continually look for ways to problem solve, and provide options that reduce cost and provide value.
